Ticketed Dreams – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) carefully before entering any competition on Ticketed Dreams (“we,” “us,” “our”). By entering a draw, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

           Definitions

• “Competition” means any prize draw, instant-win game, or raffle operated on ticketeddreams.co.uk (“Website”).
• “Entrant,” “you,” or “your” means any individual who enters a Competition.
• “Ticketed Points” means loyalty credits awarded under clause 9.
• “Threshold” means the minimum number of paid tickets that must be sold before a Competition can validly proceed (specified on each Competition page).

  Eligibility  
```
• Open to UK residents aged 18+ only.
• Employees of Ticketed Dreams, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition are ineligible.
• By entering, you confirm you have legal capacity to do so and comply with these T&Cs.

  Competition Entry  
```
• Each Competition page shows: Prize, ticket price, free-entry route, start/end times, total tickets available, and Threshold.
• Paid entry: purchase tickets at the advertised price via our secure payment processor. Payment fees are non-refundable.
• Free entry: complete an online form with your name, email, and answer a simple question. One free entry per person per Competition.

  Ticket Limits & Conduct  
```
• We reserve the right to cap tickets per person to ensure fairness.
• Abusive, fraudulent, or automated entries are prohibited and will be voided.

  How Winners Are Drawn  
```
• All draws use a certified random-number generator (RNG), audited annually by an independent third party.
• Live-streamed or timestamped recordings of all draws are published on our Website and social channels.

  Winner Notification & Prize Fulfilment  
```
• Winners are notified by email or phone within 24 hours of the draw.
• If we cannot contact a winner within 7 days, we reserve the right to redraw.
• Prizes are delivered free of charge within the UK (international delivery at winner’s expense).

  Undersold Competitions & Refunds  
```

If paid ticket sales do not reach the Threshold by the Competition’s close:
a) We will continue with the draw and change the prize to be a cash alternative which will be 50% of all tickets sold.
b) We will also credit your account with Ticketed Dreams with Ticketed Points equal to the number of tickets you purchased. These Points can be redeemed against entry fees in future Competitions (see clause 9).

Ticketed Points Programme

• 1 Point = £0.01 towards any future ticket purchase.
For every £1 spent, 1 Ticketed Point will be awarded.
• Points expire 12 months after issuance.
• Points cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Fairness & Security

• Our Website uses bank-grade SSL encryption; payments are processed via PCI DSS-compliant gateways.

Limitation of Liability  
```
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticketed Dreams’ liability is limited to the value of the prize.
• We are not liable for lost, late, or misdirected entries or communications.

Changes & Cancellation  
```
• We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any Competition in exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical failure, force majeure).
• If a Competition is cancelled for reasons other than undersell (clause 8), paid entrants will receive a full refund.

Governing Law  
```

These T&Cs are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
